Chinchilla Memories - Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Chinchilla Memories mobile application ("the App") operated by Skyline Apps ("we", "us", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Chinchilla Memories is a memory card matching game. The App offers free levels as well as additional premium levels available through a one-time in-app purchase.

In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase to unlock premium levels. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. By making a purchase, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement .

You can restore previously purchased content at any time using the "Restore Purchase" button in the App.

Use of the App

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose as a game
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

User Content

If you use the "My Photos" feature, you are responsible for the photos you select. Photos are processed entirely on your device and are not uploaded or shared. We do not claim any ownership over your photos.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, artwork, and functionality are owned by Skyline Apps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Chinchilla sticker artwork is the property of Skyline Apps.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyline Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
