InspireMe - Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the InspireMe mobile application ("the App") operated by Skyline Apps ("we", "us", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

InspireMe is a location-based discovery app that helps users find nearby places such as restaurants, cafes, bars, and museums through a swipe-based interface. The App provides suggestions based on your location using the Google Places API.

Use of the App

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose of discovering nearby places
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

Location Services

The App requires access to your device's location services to function. You may disable location access at any time through your device settings, but this will limit the App's functionality. The App uses a default location when location services are unavailable.

Third-Party Content

Place information, photos, ratings, and reviews displayed in the App are provided by Google Places API. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this third-party content. Business hours, ratings, and availability may change without notice.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Skyline Apps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Place data and photos displayed within the App are the property of their respective owners and are used under license from Google.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that place information will be accurate or up to date.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyline Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on place information provided through the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
